No idea how many are getting away with stuff either. While Biden blatantly shows world our support of Ukraine today with surprise visit to Kyliv did anyone ever think there would be a cost to all of this from Russia? Our equipment and support killing their soldiers and short of a nuclear exchange, these chemical derailments are doing heavy duty damage to our citizens without firing a shot and without liability to government or carrier as demonstrated in East Palestine Ohio where our citizens are having their lives TOTALLY destroyed for no fault of their own. This appears to be a weapon of war to us. It is horrible.
