Stark reality is this. You read this and think that why would this 3rd generation dictator risk annihilation of the sweetest deal on the planet knowing full well he could never win. Whatever localized carnage short range nuclear missiles could inflict on our thousands of troops in South Korea, our submarines and space based weapons would completely destroy his tortured country in minutes(probably doing the populace a favor) Makes no sense other than saber rattling.
