From the Trump hating NYC DA about to get humiliated on the national stage comes this BS. We were always taught by our police friends that in the case of OBVIOUS self defense where your assailiant is packing and you are not his gun is YOUR gun as you defend yourself. AND the law provides in case of obvious self defense that you have right to neutralize your attacker to insure your safety which may mean shooting him with his own gun to insure that safety. This idiot DA has real issues and we yearn for the day when his world comes crashing down because of his repeated idiot choices. And we will be right there when that inevitably happens to bust him out… WITH GUSTO :-)
