People think these emaciated urban areas will recover but it is our contention that once an urban death cycle begins , it NEVER recovers fully. Once the business base , fueled by commercial real estate collapse contracts then we see decimation of tax base resulting in less police and fire resources and indirectly fueling the brazen lawlessness we are all seeing in the Golden Gate city. Add to this city’s woes (LA in same boat to a point) is current administration on both city and state levels failing miserably in maintaining law and order and most importantly the perception of JUSTICE moving forward. The crime is perpetrated with impunity city wide and it makes no sense for business to be there when criminals have little fear of arrest based on ridiculous city and state laws protecting shoplifters and limiting store level enforcement without penalty. Unless these fundamental policy implementations are changed San Fran is doomed FOREVER. Thank Democrats for this, no one else 2 blame.Every major urban area/city run by Democrats doomed by same or similar preposterous policies. All we have to do is look at the crumbling Rust Belt cities of Detroit and Cleveland and see their demise from lofty success to limited recovery and our hometown of Chicago which is on a serious trajectory downward as well. This is proof positive our opinions fueled by factual observation.And remember the monster earthquake due for San Fran is overdue, that is all they would need at this point.Pray for them.

We have posted earlier on our perception of increased volcanic activity worldwide. A potent common denominator to global eruptions is earthquakes. Granted our precious planet is a constant in motion object spinning thru space and this causes a relentless earthquake cycle globally. Most are minor but some are severe like the Turkey/Syria quake earlier this year. We watch the Pacific Rim closely for quakes because that area seems to be more connected than most in regards to quakes affecting areas far from original location and increasing stresses along the fault that ultimately create major stress and pressure releases. Chile in 1960 had most severe earthquake in modern recorded history at 9.5 on the Richter scale and even though this recorded quake on post was a minor 4.8 in comparison it moved stuff around. The volcano outside Mexico City stirring recently is impacted by this quake far down the fault so we pay attention to these things as they are all connected eventually
