Civilian volunteers like @CoryMillsFL are paying out of pocket to help save lives in North Carolina. Nearby Fort Bragg (Liberty) has DOZENS of helicopters, field hospitals, water trucks, etc ready for humanitarian relief but the Pentagon hasn’t told them to go help....
