Great way to start the weekend in Illinois. Earlier we posted how Illinois was one of only 12 states who legally allowed local municipalities to “GANGSTER” properties for sale to satisfy tax liens but ASTOUNDINGLY kept ALL THE MONEY over and above the lien which has ALWAYS constituted to us GRAND THEFT. Now here comes along a little 94 year old lady named Geraldine Tyler who resided in Hennepin county in Minnesota, another legally sanctioned “WHORE” state who took her condo, sold it for thousands more than the lien and kept the proceeds in 2015. After navigating the legal labyrinth of appellate court procedures to eventually end up being heard by the SCOTUS the ruling came down YESTERDAY. And what a ruling. UNANIMOUS 9-0 For Ms Tyler. Lawyer Steve Lehto covers it on posted video here but so refreshing to see the court take a clenched fist and sucker punch to the jaw and slamming them down to the legal tarmac the WHORE STATES including Illinois that felt they could blatantly violate the constitutional rights of it’s citizens.
