We read this NATO declaration and note the gathering was in VILINIUS which in our memory banks is the name of the city of birth for one Commander Marko Ramius from the Hunt for Red October 1990 movie. The irony on us from a strictly pop culture standpoint is the NATO alliance has chosen to meet in the birthplace of a fictional submarine commander in charge of a Typhoon class soviet sub capable of nuclear annihilation. Great story from Block Club Chicago on black cowboys. Sadly the brain dead idiot stupid “dreadhead’ cowboy tainted the image of black cowboys back in 2020 when the moron abused a horse riding it on the Dan Ryan almost crippling it to highlight a message long forgotten and if not for an amazing equestrian the animal would have been put down. Then the utter and complete fool represented himself in court when charged with animal cruelty and enraged the judge so much with his ignorant antics he was given a year in jail.That whole debacle was a black eye (no pun intended) on the concept of black cowboys in Chicago sorry to say.
