Ah, so here we are on this Sunday morning on the first day of October 2023 assessing our Chicago sports teams. Last night the Cubs won but were still eliminated from the playoffs as our hapless White Sox just notched their SECOND 100 game loss season in recent memory. Of course the BlackHawks are in a rebuilding phase (ahem) after coming off of horrendous seasons recently. And our Bears , who are playing at home today (Denver Broncos) against a team that matches their lousy record at 0-3 have not won a game since October of LAST YEAR. :-)Oh and we forgot to mention that the last 3 losses by the Bears were ALL in the double digits in the final losing score.
