Always enamored with Ernest Shackleton. We read the book “LEADING AT THE EDGE” by Dennis N.T. Perkins which delves into the leadership side of the doomed expedition and what Shackleton endured to save what men he had left and what it took to do so.Inspirational and motivating to say the least. And now Disney is making a documentary on it
