With MILLIONS of illegal immigrants flooding this country, many desperate for basic needs this problem is gonna get worse we are sure. Especially when people figure out the loopholes in regards to non existent police enforcement (claim it’s a civil matter) vs civil law remedies and the time gaps between the 2. Here in Illinois if you can live in a place for 30 days and set up mail to go to that address in your name, you have squatters rights which will require a court order to get the sheriff to legally evict the illegal tenants, a costly process that could take months.
