This is ominous. Sure we have 14 nuclear capable Ohio class submarines prowling the planet at any time(and 2 super bad ass Seawolfs, the USS Jimmy Carter and USS Seawolf as USS Connecticut in for repairs) as a most robust component of our nuclear deterrent “triad” but as an adversary views it chain of command communication is key to survivability in case of war and our subs reliant on satellite commands. In theory then removing satellite component essentially blinds our command structure from directing this all inportant component from execution of directives effectively rendering them useless without laying out a single depth charge. And people laughed at Trump for creating the Space Force…
