5 CPD struck by a car, a mass shooting, 20 shot, and a mob action on the Near West Side should have rampaged across the headlines.
The Sun Times gave coverage of the weekend bedlam on page 3.

This better not be deliberate…but it sure looks that way. In our 7 decades here in Chicago, in only the last 5 years has wildfire smoke wreaked such air quality havoc.
