Listening to this interview with Pritzker, Baier missed several points not mentioned. Should have crushed him but didn’t. But he DID get him to outright lie on Chicago murder stats at least.
First, we have here in Illinois the ridiculous SAFE T ACT which has evolved in a rotating door for criminals here and has been the bane of law enforcement since the beginning.
When it was enacted a few years ago, law enforcement chiefs from ALL 102 counties in Illinois stood up and protested to no avail.
So when he blames the judges for alleged injustices or improper indiscretions on rulings, they are FORCED by state law to not hold anyone UNLESS it is a heinous crime and defendant deemed danger to community leaving everything else perpetrated wide open to interpretation with a mandated legal doctrine iron hand looking overhead strongly encouraging merciful ignorance and release till trial.
Second, Pritzker has taken the soon to be illegal Sanctuary state status to another level by publicly stating he encourages illegals to change identities to avoid capture meaning identity theft of legitimate US citizens could be why ICE agents rousting alleged US citizens fitting those stolen profiles. We are hearing agents have access to lists so when a name pops up on a suspect from that list that fits the profile, they move on that suspect to force other proof of identity to verify.
And of course the narrative screams abuse but never tells the backstory..
And as if that wasn’t enough Pritzker’s son Donny has filmed himself instructing illegals how to get out of zipties. Could not believe it when we saw it on X. Video of interview on bottom right of post.
