It is time to decouple from this. All of our boom and bust cycles in last 100 plus years (since 12/13/1913 to be exact) are directly attributed to the policies of the Fed which to us is a joke because The Fed is privately owned even though they are portrayed in reference and alluded to in the media as a government entity WHICH THEY ARE NOT.
The fact Trump is assailing this charlatan Fed Governor for alleged MASSIVE mortgage fraud to us represents a coy attempt to thrust the legal sanctity of the so called Fed in the spotlight and confront the concept of presidential power in dismantling this scourge on our financial system. The conflicts we have seen between Chairman Powell and Trump on ridiculous interest rates of which the US has the highest in the world underscore the tensions.
And to the US Constitution fans clamoring to uphold those sacred mandates , note there is no provision in the Constitution for a Central bank, ESPECIALLY one not owned by the Government. The responsibility of printing money is regulated to Congress .
Lisa Cook is a target because of her actions which if proven by the DOJ constitute a brazen violation of her sworn oaths and would go down in history as one of the most egregious hypocritical crimes ever by a banking official. To someone in her position to be accused of MULTIPLE documented instances of mortgage fraud certainly cannot be explained away as an oversight especially by a woman in her position.
We have seen the race card thrown up in the media as Cook is black but to us it is meaningless as it shows us desperate deflection to the facts of the case.
