The issue here is HOW crime is reported here in Chicago. During the Hussein travesty of a presidency a DOJ task force was set up to monitor the CPD after repeated complaints from “The Hood” . Cops were required to log in every detail of their “busts” which caused an internal backlash that resulted in lax paperwork being filed and ambivalence created in the rank and file. This ambivalence and lack of morale exists to this very day even though the task force has long since been disbanded
When the authorities focus on the so called documented murder rate it cloaks the OTHER serious crime that anyone living here can attest happens on a daily basis citywide with some neighborhoods on the South and West sides bearing the brunt more than others. We firmly believe the murder totals are deliberately highlighted and reporting manipulated to deflect attention from the rest of the rampant crimes being commited in all neighborhoods at this point. We applaud the president saving Chicago because it needs it. WE KNOW we live here!!
And make no mistake. We are seeing a groundswell of Republican support brewing for 2026 at ALL levels of local government . As the unmitigated disaster that is the Democrats here (no one else to blame they control it all for now) continues to pummel the masses with inane policies and actions, the disgust of the populace is growing by the day. So discard this desperation narrative BS by the doomed Democrats, Trump is no dictator.
He is merely fulfilling his campaign promises we voted him in to do which require over the top responses to correct OVER THE TOP malfeasance from the absolute worst administration in the history of this country.
