This is the age of disruption in ALL THINGS and if Biden did ANYTHING good for this country it was his gross incompetence clearly showed the disenchanted masses major change is sorely needed at the federal level and at all levels..So we read this empty hyperbole and realize major change is inevitable in a good way with a NEW president.
