Kim Foxx‘s new policy will end police “traffic stop & search.” Stops are critical to getting illegal guns off the street. Under Foxx’s guidelines, she wouldn’t prosecute if cops found a bomb addressed to City Hall. Officers can’t stop, can’t chase, what next? Take cops guns away?
