← Prev: We read this and think whatever they released in space HAS to be connected to some type of jamming device to interfere with military/internet communications. Our Navy, although smaller in number of ships holds a far superior edge in quality of firepower FOR NOW. So, that being said rendering the 13 nuclear launch capable subs (2 Seawolf ,1,the Connecticut in repair, 11 LA class not including converted cruise missile only boomers) blind by virtue of disrupted satellite communications would accomplish creating more of an even playing field in regards to first strike capabilities. And the spy balloons mapped the Air Force/ land based side of the nuclear triad so we could be at a serious disadvantage in a pre emptive strike response depending. Make no mistake, this scenario not far from reality and we have no access to classified info to assume these projections, only prudent logic based on extensive military knowledge gleaned over years of research and reading.
