So what happens when no cash bail kicks in on Sept 18th? It is up to the judge to determine if these punks are danger to society so in theory they could be caught and turn right around and do it again.Remember here in Illinois the entire General Assembly voted unanimously to pass this law so no matter how this plays out…..
