← Prev: Highland Park Illinois is a good area in metro Chicago, a wealthy northern suburb that achieved some tragic notoriety 1 year ago from last July 4th when a whacked local committed a massacre during a 4th of July parade in the downtown area. Prior to that, the community had little crime but to post this today the immediate reaction was how out of character it was.RIP to the 16 yr old and sincere condolences to his family.
