THIS is HANK the TANK (should be Hanky or Henrietta) a frickin HUGE female “burglar black bear” (NOT a racist comment, really is a BLACK BEAR) finally busted. We applaud the authorities who have allowed for her 3 cubs to be relocated and opted to save her life.
