We read this and smile. Fifty years ago we smoked a lot of pot but now that it is legal we go nowhere near it. Go figure. So we read this and celebrate our decision made decades ago not to partake. Our editor contracted throat cancer which may very well have been from the cigarettes he also smoked till his birthday on 11/14/1991 when he quit EVERYTHING.The cancer came on in 2008,years after he quit.
