We should NOT have to remind you of this simple fact but we posted earlier of a spaced out woman who left her 1 year old in a hot car killing her. In Illinois we (defined as authorized law enforcement by state law) can LEGALLY whack out your car window if they see animals or kids locked in on a hot day . BE ADVISED!!
